With an MBA from UCLA, I spent 20 years as a computer company executive accomplishing growth via mergers and acquisitions. In 2000, I parlayed that experience into a lucrative 12-year career as Southern California's premiere Business Broker. And this is where I remain. My Goal simply stated is to Sell Your Business. Other brokers seem to allow the lawyers and accountants to stale-mate a sale. I believe that they should be assisting you to sell your company, not get in the way of a successful sale. (Remember: if you sell your business, they may lose a client.) I will continually push for a positive closure.
