I am a licenced California Business Broker with 28 years of experience and a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) certified by the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). with starting, buying, merging, and selling companies. I launched my business career after receiving a Masters Degree in Business Administration from UCLA.

Although I initially worked for large corporations, my experience is mostly entrepreneurial, having served as president and/or owner of eight companies before becoming a Business Broker. Those companies ranged in size from 1 to 11 million dollars in sales and they ranged in products from computer sales and support to telecommunication consulting, to manufacturing and distributing of paper products.
