Civalleri is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and a Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary (M&AMI), both awarded by the International Business Brokers Association. He is also an active member of the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB). He has sold more than 60 businesses in his brokerage career, ten percent of which were valued higher than $1 Million.
After receiving his MBA from UCLA, Civalleri had owned six entrepreneurial businesses in Southern California before he became a business broker in 2000.
As 2008's incoming President of the Manhattan Beach Rotary Club, Civalleri takes a huge amount of pride in working with both the local community as well as being involved in many on-going nationwide and global issues. "The ability to bounce back-and-forth between business and community issues allows me to maintain a continuous fresh look and approach at each," stated Civalleri. "That and the fact that cell phones work really well these days" he added.
